2030년 영하 10도의 한파가 불어닥친 어느 한겨울.

아파트에서 사는 나미래 씨는 창을 통해 들어오는 햇빛으로 잠을 깨지만 이날이 특별히 춥다는 것을 느끼지 못한다. TV를 켜고 뉴스를 보면서 비로소 이날이 영하의 한파라는 소식을 접하게 된다.

그렇다고 나씨가 난방비를 걱정하는 것도 아니다. 사실 나씨는 전기료나 난방비를 내본 적이 없다. 아파트 곳곳에 설치된 태양광, 풍력, 바이오가스 등 친환경ㆍ신재생에너지를 이용한 시스템과 에너지절감 시스템으로 전기료와 난방비를 모두 충당하기 때문이다. 기본적으로 햇빛, 바람, 비 등 순수 자연에너지를 이용하면서 여기에 기술을 접목시켜 △급탕 △난방 △가스 △전기 △수도 비용을 `제로(0)`로 만들었다. 또 빗물 이용과 중수 처리시설을 통해 아파트의 물 사용량도 줄이고 있다. 빗물을 모아두
